Refund Policy

Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. This policy applies alongside Paddle's buyer terms.

Subscriptions (Pro, Studio)

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of the first purchase of a subscription if you have not consumed a substantial part of the included credits.
• Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the charge if the new period's credits are unused.
• Cancelling stops future charges; access and remaining credits stay until the period ends.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused. Once credits from a pack are spent on AI generations, the pack becomes non-refundable, since compute costs are incurred immediately.

How to request

Email support@getframeflow.app from your account email with the order number (found in your Paddle receipt). Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
